PIMENTEL
We are a new gastronomic proposal of marine and creole food with the traditional touch of northern seasoning.
We seek to promote the fusion of Peruvian food,
incorporating traditional ingredients from the north coast and take our guests
on a trip to the past, to grandmother's house, to enjoy the flavor of
yesteryear.
Our plates
The seasoning of the north on your plate... starting with
our appetizers "De Bandera", fresh and light dishes "Del
Puerto" and ending with the "taipá" and intense flavors such as the
"Viva Chiclayo".
